Metallica at Powertrip 2023

Metallica joined some absolute power house bands in Indio, California earlier this month for Powertrip Festival.

Being in Colorado and needing to do this thing called work, I was unable to make it and if you’re here right now, I imagine there’s at least a decent chance that you also were not there.

I’m usually pretty against having some sort of recording device and concerts, but that’s mainly a personal rule. I am, however, glad that there are people who make it a goal to capture great footage of live shows and then share them with the world.

That’s what happened for Powertrip as the YouTube channel ‘Live Rock Music Concerts’ posted Metallica’s full set from Powertrip in just one video.

Metallica closed the show on the final day playing just after Tool, but Judas Priest, Iron Maiden, AC/DC, and Guns N’ Roses all took stage.
